Bradclad 30 Profile

The Bradclad 30 profile offers a versatile, attractive and economical solution for both roofs and walls. It provides the ideal covering for many types of buildings in the agricultural, light industrial and commercial sectors.

Panels are manufactured from thin gauge metal strip coil using conventional rollforming machinery.

Panels are available in a range of materials and finishes including galvanised steel, colour coated steel and aluminium. All sheeting is made to customer order and individual panels are cut to required length during rollforming. An extensive range of colours and coatings is availabe.

The sheeting can be laid as a single skin, fixed directly to purlins and rails, or as part of an insulated double skin roof construction. A PDF file of the Data Sheet is available to download.

For single skin application, where condensation may occur, the profiled sheeting can be coated during manufacture to provide a degree of control. The coating is either wet compound spray applied to the finished roof sheet, or an adhesive felt applied during rollforming.

Flashings, trims and box gutters are purpose made in-house in standard three metre lengths, in materials and finishes to complement Bradclad sheeting.

Rooflight panels are supplied to match the metal profiles and are available in a choice of GRP or PVC and in a variety of weights and grades to suit the application.

Accessories for Bradclad sheeting, such as drill screws, sealants, tapes and foam fillers, are all carried in stock, or available `next day` from specialist suppliers.

TEK 28 Insulated Panel

TEK 28 from Alubel is a profiled metal sheet with a unique feature - a 12mm layer of high density polyurethane foam bonded to the underside. The panel was specifically designed to reduce condensation in livestock buildings but is suitable for any agricultural or light industrial application.
